12-1 Inspections by Fire Chief
A. The Fire Chief of the village or any other person appointed therefor by the Village Board may make such inspection of all buildings and premises in the village as he shall deem necessary to prevent any violation of this chapter, and no person shall refuse admission to any building or premises for that purpose.
B. Except in the case of public emergency or where there is immediate danger of fire, such inspection shall only be made between the hours of 9:00am and 6:00pm.
C. No person other than the Fire Chief shall enter any premises without permission of the owner or occupant thereof without exhibiting written authority for such entry from the Village Board.
12-2 Aid outside of village limits [Added 4-21-1952]
The Fire Department of the Village of Wilson, known as "Wilson Fire Company #1 of the Village of Wilson, New York, Inc.," hereby is authorized to go to the aid of territory outside the Village of Wilson.
